Eldest by Christopher Paolini

I finished Eldest. I can't wait for the third book in this trilogy, Inheritance. Eldest is even better than Eragon. The character Eragon is maturing, a very interesting process. Questions are being answered and more questions raised.
I strongly encourage fantasy fans read this trilogy. This is really gripping fantasy, with good vs. evil battles on many levels, not just the battlefield. There is a surprise relationship revealed toward the end. While it was hinted at in Eragon, this is laid out in this second book.
Christopher Paolini's skills as a writer are even more developed in Eldest. While I'm eagerly awaiting the third installment in this story, I am also looking forward to other books from him in the future.
